5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping across India.

We aim to dispatch your order promptly after order confirmation and strive to deliver orders within 7 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

An unboxing video is compulsory for return approval. The video helps us verify the condition of the product and its original packaging.

Once an approved return has been picked up, the refund will be processed within 5 working days, subject to the applicable return and refund conditions.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the request may be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

An unboxing video may be required to verify the condition of the package and product at the time of delivery.
