Return & Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at entertainuspeople@gmail.com. Our support team will guide you through the return process and assist you with your request.

Once the returned item has been picked up and received, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Important: An unboxing video is compulsory for return approval. The video helps us verify that the product was received in its original condition and packaging. Returns without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
