At Wellzone, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

An unboxing video is required for return, refund, or exchange requests so we can verify the item’s condition when received.

Damaged or defective items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement. We will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and reviewed. The time for the refund to appear may vary by your payment provider.
